Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 9.
SSDM, a premier digital marketing agency, is one of Metro Detroit’s 2019 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.
This is the first time the agency has received this honor, which “identifies and recognizes organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.”
Employees are surveyed by an independent entity to ensure anonymity for their answers to questions regarding communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.
“Like any company that’s growing significantly every year, we realize the importance of listening very carefully to the sentiments of our team members,” says Michael J. Taylor II, SSDM partner and creative director. “We’re always striving to do better and be better, so this means a lot to all of us.”
Earlier this year, SSDM also was named to the 2019 Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Companies, ranked #226 among honorees in the Advertising and Marketing field, and #35 among all Michigan companies on the list.
The Metro Detroit Best and Brightest Awards will be presented at an event at The Henry in Dearborn, on Tuesday, October 22, 2019.
