Academy of the Sacred Heart issued the following announcement on Nov. 23.
The newest addition to the Middle School for Girls hallway is a 75-gallon fish tank! As part of the Salmon in the Classroom program, ASH received 150 salmon eggs. Students will raise them from eggs to smolt, a process that takes about six months. The smolt will be released into approved local watersheds this spring. Thank you to PAASH and Kee's Aquarium & Pets for providing the tank and supplies. Check social media for updates!
