City of Madison Heights issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
At the Monday, December 9th Meeting, City Council approved a Resolution supporting the adoption of a Brownfield Redevelopment Plan for the Madison Shopping Center at 29101-29501 John R. The means more tax revenue to the City, and new businesses mean more jobs, more customers, more sales tax collected and in turn more private investment.
