City of Madison Heights issued the following announcement on Dec. 12.
As part of our strategic planning initiative, the Madison Heights Public Library (MHPL) wants to hear your opinion.
As an initial public input opportunity we have developed this survey questionnaire to measure your impressions of the current services you’ve used, and experiences you’ve had at the MHPL.
Please take about four minutes to complete the questionnaire.
After you finish, you will find a place to record your name and address. You may choose to provide your contact information or remain anonymous.
All residents participating and providing contact information by noon on Monday, December 23 will be entered into a drawing to win a brand new Kindle Fire, paper ornaments or a book page wreath.
