Rep. Michael Webber (R-Rochester Hills) attended at the Oakland County State of the County speech for 2020 on Feb. 12 at the Strand Theater in Pontiac.
The State of the County speech focused on the visions that residents and others see for both the county and the region and was hosted by County Executive David Coulter.
Webber was elected to serve on the Rochester Hills City Council in 2007 and served for seven years. Following his stay with the City Council, Webber was elected to a new position as a Republican within the Michigan House of Representatives. For the last three years of his term, Webber sat with the City Council as vice president.
Prior to terms served, Webber belonged to several committees/caucuses as well. Currently, Webber belongs to a few committees, such as Insurance, Oversight, Regulatory Reform and Tax Policy committees.
