City of Royal Oak issued the following announcement on Aug. 10.
Please note: as part of a planned outage in order to facilitate the move to the new City Hall, city phone and IT networks at all facilities will be offline through August 19, 2020.
To request service or information, please use the form below. Staff will typically respond the same day, but please allow 24-48 hours for response. Alternatively, you can email DPS@romi.gov.
FOR DPS-RELATED EMERGENCIES during normal work hours Mon-Fri, including water main breaks, sewer backups, etc., please call 248-604-8142. This number has been established for DPS-related emergencies only - please do not contact this number in an attempt to receive faster service for non-emergencies. This number will expire August 20, 2020.
For weekend/afterhour DPS emergencies, please call police dispatch at 248-246-3500 Thank you for your patience during this time.
