City of Birmingham recently issued the following announcement.
The City Clerk's Office reminds voters that election day is only a few days away! If you have an absentee ballot, submit it in-person to the Clerk's Office or via the 24/7 drop boxes located behind City Hall. Remember, the Clerk's Office must receive voted absentee ballots by 8 p.m. on November 2, but the earlier the better. If you would like an absentee ballot but have not yet received one, there’s still time! Visit the Clerk’s Office with your ID until 5 p.m. on Friday, October 29, on Saturday, October 30 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or between 8 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 1. You may request, complete and submit an absentee ballot all in one trip!
