Birmingham Public Schools issued the following announcement on Dec 10.
This past weekend Derby Girls got to experience building and coding robots as part of the Girls In STEM Jimu Robot event! Kudos to Lisa Hart for organizing the event along with Amber Davis and Sarah Sindelar.
Special shout out to Staci Michelle Robbins Foundation, UBTECH Education, Parent and Teacher Volunteers, Students from Oakland University, Michigan State University, University of Michigan, Groves High School and Seaholm High School who helped make this fantastic event happen.
