Bloomfield Township Fire Department issued the following announcement on Apr 12.
This week is Telecommunications week. And here at the Fire Department, we are lucky to have some of the best Dispatchers around.
Some may not know, but here in Bloomfield Township, we have our own Dispatch center. Staffed by highly trained individuals who only answer Emergency and Non-Emergency calls from residents & visitors of the Township (and Franklin). This provides personal and detailed call answering that most other communities do not have!
Our Dispatchers are the glue that holds the FD & PD together. Without them, we would be lost! Thank You again Ladies and Gentlemen!
