The City will be continuing to invest in our sewer system over the next several weeks as we clean and perform televised inspections of sewer lines in certain areas of the City.
The map below shows what areas the City is focusing on this fall and winter.
This project should not pose a significant impact to residents. However, pressure from the cleaning operation in the sewer could bubble up and cause toilets to splash a little bit. If this happens, please understand this is clean water, NOT sewage. The water used to pressure wash the pipes is from our drinking water system.
We recommend closing toilet lids if you see the trucks working on the sewer on your street or backyard.
