Sunday, Feb. 23: Brother Rice High School standout Alex Cheeseman’s college team wins to South Alabama Jaguars

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Brother Rice High School standout Alex Cheeseman’s current college team, the UAB Blazers, won 9-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the South Alabama Jaguars.

The game took place at Jerry D. Young Memorial Field. This was their third matchup against the Jaguars this season.

The Blazers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 4 p.m. at Riddle Pace Field against Troy Trojans.
