On Saturday, March 1, former Bloomfield Hills High School standout Brandon Newland’s current college team, the Michigan Wolverines, won 10-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Long Beach State Beach.

The game took place at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field. This was their second matchup against the Beach this season.

The Wolverines’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 1 p.m. at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field against Long Beach State Beach.
