Senator Aric Nesbitt posted a series of messages on September 11, 2025, addressing perseverance, a missing person search, and calling for the dismissal of a professor. Nesbitt is a Republican member of the Michigan State Senate.

In his first post at 16:24 UTC, Nesbitt wrote: "Rush never gave up. Charlie never gave up. WE WILL NEVER GIVE UP."

Later that day at 17:32 UTC, he urged his followers to assist in locating an individual by sharing images, stating: "Share these photos. Let’s make sure we find him."

At 17:45 UTC on the same day, Nesbitt called for action against an academic figure with the message: "This Professor needs to be fired. Now."

Nesbitt has previously been vocal about public safety and accountability issues as part of his legislative priorities in Michigan's Senate.
