Trail Tunes is Back August 7th from 4-9pm!

Band12

City of Madison Heights issued the following announcement on July 22.

Miss live music?

Join us for this free strolling festival, where 20 of the area’s best musicians will be playing throughout the 1-mile trail that surrounds Civic Center Park.

The festival lineup includes something for everyone with a diverse array of genres represented along the trail (from all genres - rock, funk, hip hop, metal, jazz, etc). You’ll no doubt find a few new favorite musicians you can follow as you make your way through the park. Watch them all or spend the whole event at your favorites. Your choice. Just don’t miss it!

Some important notes...

-This event is 100% free and open to everyone, of all ages, that loves music. However, if you can swing it then supporting these outstanding local musicians with a tip, or by purchasing their merch, is 100% encouraged. Also, if you want to bring something our local food pantry will be on hand accepting donations of non-perishable food items.

-We won’t have chairs available throughout the trail so treat this as a trip to the beach and bring a blanket or some chairs if you want to sit down and enjoy the music.

-Music is the focus of this event but we will have some unique sales/activities throughout the park. If you're in the market for something new, several vendors and small businesses will be there to check out.

-For food we'll have several amazing food trucks for you to choose from with The Grilled Wrap, Salt & Sugar Co, E&L's Tacos, and Ash Kickin BBQ, as well as an incredible dessert trucks like Motor City Sweet Treats, Fun Food Express, and Happy Camper Cupcakes.

-The featured artists playing at Trail Tunes 2021 are listed below but expect to see more in our open mic zone which will spotlight some additional local musicians.
