City of Oak Park issued the following announcement on July 27.
Based on results of a recent community survey, Oak Park residents favor adding a dog park to our list of community amenities. This potential dog park would be located on the 1.75 acres of the land east of the parking lot at Lessenger Park.
Join the Oak Park Dog Park Committee on Aug. 11 at 6 pm, on the old baseball diamond at Lessenger Park for a Dog Park Town Hall.
