City of Huntington Woods issued the following announcement on Aug 13.

City Hall is open as a cooling and charging center. The building will remain open 24 hours a day with Public Safety supervision for the duration of the major power outage affecting many resident within the City. Please use the entrance on the west side of the building (off Robert O'Knapp). The air conditioning is cooling at City Hall, but is functioning at half capacity as the City is the process of replacing the unit. To further ensure your safety and wellbeing water bottles and Gatorade are available at City Hall.

The Library, Gillham Recreation Center, and the pool remain without power and are closed until power is restored.

We will continue to provide updates as the conditions change.
