City of Madison Heights issued the following announcement on Aug 17.
The City of Madison Heights is currently planning to expand and update the Active Adult Center and renovate City Hall and Library. The redevelopment concept would relocate the Active Adult Center to a proposed new building conveniently located at the Civic Center Complex between the Library and City Hall. This overall project is an excellent opportunity to update and expand the dedicated space for seniors and update the library while downsizing and better utilizing City Hall.
If you would like to hear more about this exciting plan as well as ask any questions you may have, the design team and City Staff will be hosting an informational presentation at the Active Adult Center on: Tuesday, September 14, at 1 pm.
