City of Hazel Park issued the following announcement on Aug 27.
Congratulations to Probationary Firefighter Chris Saadatjoo. He completed his probation today, and is now a full fledge Hazel Park Firefighter.
His probation was longer than most due to him also being a United States Marine Sargent, and being called on deployment. He’s back now, safe and sound, and a huge asset to the HPFD.
Congratulations to him and welcome back to the team!
