City of Birmingham recently issued the following announcement.
The City Clerk's office delivered 3,529 absentee ballots to the Birmingham post office on Friday, September 24, 2021.
We would like to remind voters to return their completed ballots at their earliest convenience via city drop boxes or U.S. postal service. Remember to sign and seal your ballot in its green return envelope.
If you are returning your ballot by mail, don't forget to include postage. The Clerk’s Office strongly encourages you to mail your ballot as soon as possible to ensure it is received by Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Return postage per ballot is 58¢ or one forever stamp. Turning in your ballot early is helpful and appreciated!
We encourage voters wishing to vote by mail to do so as early as possible. Request your absentee ballot by visiting the clerk's office, mailing in an absentee ballot application, or online at mi.gov/vote.
