City of Birmingham issued the following announcement on Oct 9.
Golfers are invited to take advantage of fall golf rates, in effect now. Also, the courses are open to everyone - no membership required - through the rest of the season. The last day of play at Springdale Golf Course will be on Thursday, October 14, however Lincoln Hills Golf Course will be open for the remainder of the season, weather permitting.
