City of Madison Heights issued the following announcement on Dec 10.
This week (12/13 - 12/17) is the last week for curbside leaf collection on your normally scheduled garbage day. After this week, leaves cannot be placed in the street, pursuant to the City of Madison Heights Code of Ordinances (Ch. 17, Article II, Sec. 17-23. - Littering).
Please note that this schedule is subject to change based on accumulating snowfall. Any changes or updates will be posted on the City website and NotifyMe.
At this time, leaf pickup is continuing as scheduled.
