South Evergreen Road Interceptor Rehabilitation Project on Tuesday, January 25

City of Birmingham issued the following announcement on Jan 20.

A project that borders Birmingham, the South Evergreen Road Interceptor Rehabilitation Project, is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s Office (WRC) will commence construction work that includes conducting preventative maintenance repairs within the 54-inch diameter interceptor located beneath Evergreen Road between 14 Mile Road and Village Drive. In order to complete this work, Evergreen Road will be closed from just north of Village Drive to 14 Mile Road for the duration of the project.
