City of Troy issued the following announcement on Feb 4.
Do you have mailbox damage? If so, please submit a request through the Citizens Request portal. Please select MAILBOX DAMAGE.
Remember to include the type of mailbox (plastic, wood, metal), indicate which part of the mailbox was damaged (post, box, both), and if you are able to receive mail. https://apps.troymi.gov/CitizenRequestPortal
