City of Ferndale issued the following announcement on Feb 23.
The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MHDA) is offering a Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List for rental assistance in Oakland County. If you need assistance in paying your rent, you can submit an application from Wednesday, February 23 at 9:00 a.m. to Friday, February 25 at 3:00 p.m. You must reside or work in Oakland County, have an income within allowable limits, and your rental unit must meet specific inspection requirements.
