Birmingham Police Department issued the following announcement on Mar 3.
**UPDATE** Roads have re-opened. Thank you to the Birmingham Firefighters for responding quickly and limiting damage to nearby businesses. We wish Greek Islands a quick recovery!
Please avoid the area of Hamilton/Ferndale between Old Woodward and Woodward due to a structure fire. We will update when roads have re-opened.
