Clawson Department of Public Works issued the following announcement on Mar 19.
Curbside yard waste collection is provided from April 6th through December 14th 2022.
Yard waste is collected once per week on the same day as trash and recycling. Place yard waste out to curb by 7:00 am on collection day.
Winter months (mid-December through March): SOCRRA residents can bring Christmas trees and bags of yard waste to SOCRRA Transfer station free of charge. SOCRRA does not accept yard waste in plastic bags.
Use Brown Yard Waste Bags or if you use a Yard Waste container they can be no larger than 35 Gallons and designated for yard waste only. Stickers are free and available at the Clawson DPW & City Hall.

NO YARD WASTE DUMPING AT TROY FACILITY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
For a fee you can bring Yard Waste, Logs, Stumps, Branches and Dirt to SOCRRA Compost Site located at 1741 School Road (between Dequindre and John R., Rochester Hills) or the Madison Heights Facility 29470 John R (between 12 & 13 Mile Roads) . $$ Check the SOCRRA Website for updated information, hours and fees. http://www.socrra.org/hours.shtml
