Of the 2,589 people living in Pleasant Ridge in 2020, 50.2 percent (1,300) were women and 49.8 percent (1,289) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Oakland News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 52. In the 65 and over age range, there were 275 females and 218 males.
