Corktown Health is excited to partner with University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, Alliance of Coalitions for Healthy Communities, Tri-County BCCCP & Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute, and the City of Hazel Park - City Hall to host a Dental Clinic & Health Fair at the Hazel Park Community Center.
The dental clinic will be provide
…Children: x-rays, exams, fillings, extractions, pulpotomy, and stainless steel crowns
…Adults: x-rays, exams, cleanings, fillings and dental referrals for advance care
… dental services free for uninsured.

In addition, there will be 5 minute NARCAN training, HIV testing, and Breast/Cervical Cancer information and referrals for free screenings. No appointment is required for these services.
