BROWN WATER REPORT: Yesterday, the Public Works Department made a water main repair near Farmdale and Eight Mile Road. A portion of water had to be temporarily shut off, resulting in brown water. The brown water you may be seeing is most likely due to stirred-up sediments from pressure fluctuations that can make water appear cloudy or dingy. Run your cold water for 5-10 minutes before using it.
