The City of Southfield will host the 4th annual Black History Month Kick-off Event on Saturday, February 4 in the Southfield Pavilion from 4-8 p.m.
The event will feature performances, demonstrations, shopping with Black-owned businesses and much more, including an in-depth conversation with Dr. Khalid el-Hakim, founder of the Black History 101 Mobile Museum and Dr. Khalilah Camacho-Ali, former wife of Muhammad Ali.
